Company Workgroups
Working in The Secret Garden is an unusual, creative experience. Your contribution improves the environment; you should enjoy (and benefit from) being outdoors; and it's fun whilst being a different method of building team morale.

If you like the sound of this, please do contact us. (And, believe me, we are very grateful to you all).

Welcome

Alongside the Grand Union Canal in the railway town of Wolverton, Milton Keynes, members of the local community have transformed a piece of derelict land into a new greenspace for the enjoyment of all - The Secret Garden.

On this site you can discover the process of the creation of The Secret Garden and the people involved. You can also find out about our latest news, forthcoming events and about opportunities to help in the garden.

  • Concerts and Volunteers

Very many thanks to the people who ensured that there were Summer Sunday concerts and that they were such a pleasure, so thank you Chris Bridgman for arranging them and  the Council Caretakers for ensuring everything ran smoothly.  It woul be nice if there are people willing to arrange concerts next year?

  • Come and Volunteer!

Each week the upkeep of the gardens is done by volunteers and these days we're very shorthanded, so how about being a Secret Garden Volunteer?  All you have to do is join us any Saturday morning between 10 and 12:30. ,,,,so you just turn up and a warm welcome awaits! If you can't assist by gardening, just helping us keep the place free of litter is very useful.
If the weather's inclement, you'll probably find us at Buskers nearby.
